Overview
HireReady.ai is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps companies streamline their hiring process with AI-driven interviews. Companies can manage candidates, define job descriptions, and create adaptive AI interviews that candidates complete on a public-facing portal.
As Founder and Owner, I am building HireReady from the ground up. The platform combines my experience in multi-tenant SaaS architecture with modern AI capabilities to create a practical tool for recruiters and hiring managers. The product is currently in active development.

Founder and sole owner. Product vision, AI integration strategy, architecture design, and full-stack development.

Core Capabilities
The platform is being built around three main workflows for companies and recruiters.
Candidate Management
Companies can upload and organize candidate information, resumes, and supporting documents in a centralized workspace.
AI Interview Creation
Generate adaptive, role-specific interview scripts using AI. Interviews adjust based on job requirements and candidate responses.
Public Interview Portal
Candidates receive a link to complete their AI-driven interview. Responses are recorded and scored for recruiter review.

Multi-tenant Company Workspaces
Isolated workspaces for each company with their own candidates, job descriptions, and interview templates. Secure data separation at the database level.
AI Interview Generation
Integration with OpenAI to generate contextual, adaptive interview questions based on job requirements and candidate background.
Candidate Interview Portal
Public-facing interface where candidates complete AI-driven interviews. Clean, focused experience designed to reduce friction.
Recruiter Dashboard
Interface for recruiters to review completed interviews, view AI-generated feedback, and manage their hiring pipeline.

Usage-based model with per-company quotas. Tiered model selection based on task complexity. Designed for credit-based billing.
